Thank you for visiting and shopping at Kulahawaii.com. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy. Domestic Shipping Policy Shipment processing time All orders are processed within 5-7 business days.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Try our products for a full 30 days, 100% Risk-Free. If you aren’t completely satisfied send us an email during the first 30 days and we’ll refund 100% of the price. We reserve the right to make exceptions to this policy if we feel it is being abused.

 

How to Make a Return: To return an item, simply email info@kulahawaii.com or call and request a pre-paid shipping return label. Credit card orders will be refunded to the card used for your most recent purchase of each specific item.  Returns must be received within 10 days of pre-paid shipping return label request or within 30 days of original product order date, whichever is first. If you have any questions about our return policy or about a specific return, please contact us.

  
 If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at AMBER@KULAHAWAII.COM

  

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a track-able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

We promise to keep your name, address, credit card details and any other information you give us secure. Your information is encrypted including credit or debit card number, name and address, before it is sent over the Internet.
